A few days ago we were hammered with sad news that my lovely grandma had been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma pancreatic cancer. She also has metastases in the liver, so surgery or any other curable treatment in her case are unavailable. She will start chemotherapy this week, but as average it just prolongs the life expectancy in similar cases from 3-4 to maximum 6 months.

我是鼻敏一个患者，平时两鼻交替性鼻塞，已有近8年病史，睡觉时会鼻塞，影响睡眠质量，睡眠不足时鼻塞特别严重。没有流鼻涕，有时可感到鼻里面有臭味。
多年断断续续地去看医生，但没有任何改善。最近一次去了医院(算是当地不错的医院)检查，并照了CT，结果如附件图片，诊断为：
双侧上颌窦炎,双中鼻甲肥大,鼻中隔略左偏曲。
吃了几次专科医生开的药还是没有改善。

请问我这种情况吃你们的“林淦生鼻敏清”有没有效果呢？


另外，最近一年耳朵也有问题，因为有鼻塞，讲话的时候呼出的气体会冲入耳里面，使得耳朵感到好像有东西给塞住，要用手按一下耳朵才恢复正常。平时只能小声讲话，否则气体会冲入耳朵里面。
据医生说，这是“卡他性中耳炎”，建议先治疗好鼻子。
针对我耳朵的问题，你们有没有相对应的药物呢？
