LAM KAM SANG® CEWOIN® is manufactured in accordance with the precious prescription of Dr. Lam Kam Sang, the famous Chinese traditional medical doctor, president of the Lam Kam Sang Medical Research Institute. Extracting from various precious Chinese herbs with modern scientific methods, CEWOIN® is formulated specially for the treatment of cervix uteri diseases of the females. In mainland China, over 50% of the married women have suffered from chronic cervicitis. Cervical cancer has become the first leading killing disease among various types of carcinoma in Taiwan and the second in mainland China. Cervical cancer is mainly caused by the development of infectious bacteria or viruses in the cervix uteri and is mostly related to Human Papillomaviruses (HPV).

Long term clinical practice has proved that CEWOIN® can rapidly strengthen the resistance of the cervix uteri against the invasion of various bacteria and viruses, and promote the spontaneous healing power of the cervix uteri tissues to eliminate the associated diseases thoroughly. It is especially effective in curing the precancerous stages I and II of the cervix uteri cells.

INDICATION:

1. Suitable for chronic cervicitis; ulcer, hypertrophy and polypus of cervix uteri; gland cyst of the cervix uteri; inflammation at the passage of cervix uteri; after western medical treatment of condyloma acuminatum ( human papillomaviruses HPV) but still repeatedly relapse and hardly cured. After completion of surgery, and during or after taking western physical and medical treatments, taking CEWOIN® concurrently can help to achieve remedy permanently.

2. Outstanding effect in curing the precancerous stages I and II of the cervix uteri cells.
 
MAIN INGREDIENTS:


Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Radix Saliviae Miltiorrhiaze, Rhizoma Paridis, Radix Astragli, Margarita, Olibanum, Myrrha etc.

Every capsule of CEWOIN® contains 500mg extract of Chinese raw herbs.
 
ADMINISTRATION:

3 times daily, to be taken with water 2-3 hours after meals; 4 capsules for bodyweight under 50 kg; 5 capsules for bodyweight from 50-60 kg; 6 capsules for bodyweight over 60 kg.
 
 
DIRECTION OF USAGE:

1. Major Causes and Superficial Symptoms

Cervicitis is mainly caused by the infection of pathogens during birth and abortion periods, gynaecological examination, abdominal cavity surgery, unclean sexual intercourse leading to the inflammation of the cervix uteri which is not completely cured. Pathogens mainly include: staphylococcus, streptococcus, E. colitis; sexual infectious bacteria such as gonococcus, chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomonas, Candida, herpes virus, human papillomaviruses (HPV) as well as some viruses which cannot be distinguished at present etc. Its major symptoms include: abnormal discharge of leucorrhea with pus, sometimes with lines of blood; pain at the lower abdomen and lower back especially aggravate during bowels in menstrual period and during sexual contact; menoxenia and infertility.

Causes of Cervical Cancer:
a.
Infection of viruses in the cervix uteri, especially related to Human Papillomaviruses (HPV).
b.
Premature sexual contact of younger females, suffering from the cross infection of viruses of their companions, may initiate the cervical cancer to arise ahead of time.
c. Smoking may increase the risk of having cervical cancer. No obvious symptoms can be observed in the early stage of cervix cancer, but it can be detected through cervical smear.
2. Suggestion of Taking CEWOIN® After Confirmation of the Diagnosis
a.
Confirmation of diagnosis includes: speculum examination, periodic microcopical examination of cells, pathogen examination and tracing of medical history. If sexual infectious bacteria and viruses are detected, it is suggested to take appropriate western antibiotic together with CEWOIN® for achieving better result.
b.

Confirmation of the early stage of cervical cancer can be examined by cervical smear, HPV element biological technology examination.

Taking of CEWOIN® before confirmation of diagnosis will not cause any side effect, but it is still suggested to start taking the medicine after the confirmation so as to get hold of the present condition and to observe a more accurate curative effect subsequently.
3. Course and Instruction:
Strictly follow the "Precaution!" procedures in taking CEWOIN® can achieve:
a.

For Chronic Cervicitis and Condyloma Acuminatum

Improvement of symptoms can be observed after taking CEWOIN® for 15-20 days. It is suggested to take the first medical checkup after 60 days of treatment, and one checkup for every 30 days of treatment is suggested until total recovery. When the symptoms are totally disappeared, it is suggested to take CEWOIN® for another 20-30 days for the consolidation of efficacy in order to achieve complete recovery. Clinically, after treatment for 60-120 days, the curative rate is over 90%. Some patients who are not completely recovered are usually due to the seriousness of the symptoms and the complication of the diseases. b.

Taking CEWOIN® In The Precancerous Stages I and II Of The Cervix Uteri Cells

The curative rate for 120 days of treatment is over 90% and no surgery is required. It is suggested to take CEWOIN® for another 30 days for the consolidation of efficacy after the confirmation of diagnosis showing that the precancerous cells are completely eliminated. If the medical examination after 120 days of treatment showing that the precancerous cells are obviously reduced but not totally eliminated, it is suggested to take CEWOIN® until complete recovery. If the precancerous cells are found entering stage III, it is suggested to take Lam Kam Sang® CANFULIN® for the treatment and the curative effect is outstanding.
4. Precautions
a.

Contra-indicated during pregnancy.
b.

 For achieving better result, CEWOIN® should be taken 3 times daily in suggested dosage. Dosage should be discontinued in case of cold and fever, or acute gastritis etc.
c. Temporary avoid sexual contact in order to avoid wounding of the associated areas which may cause the aggravation of the condition; take good care of daily personal hygiene especially during menstrual period; maintenance of dryness and cleanliness.
d. The following foods are strictly prohibited: beef; lamb; dog meat; shelled seafood such as shrimp and crab; fish without scale or stale fish; fish head, belly and skin; duck (eat less); chicken (eat less); sausage; cheese; glutinous rice; taro; cashew nut; pistachio; melon seed; mango; durian; leek; garlic; pastries; alcohol and cigarette; roasted, baked, fried and chili foods etc.
